Q. WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES IN?
All prices listed are in USD. We do have a currency converter for your convenience.

We offer FREE Express Shipping on all orders to all countries.

Q. WHAT METHOD OF SHIPMENT IS USED?
We ship orders out with EXPRESS shipping from either TNT or DHL.

Q. WHEN DO YOU SHIP OUT ORDERS?
Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders are shipped with DHL or TNT depending on destination country. You will be notified with a tracking number via email when your orders are shipped.

Q. HOW FAST CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Germany: 4-12 working days
USA: 4-12 working days
United Kingdom: 4-12 working days
Rest of Europe: 7-14 working days
Rest of World: 7-14 working days
Rusia: 3-4 Weeks
REST OF THE WORLD: We normally don’t ship to other countries, but if you have any suggestions, please feel free to contact us.

Q. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Q. WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCTS AFTER I HAVE RECEIVED THEM? RETURNS?

Q. MY ORDER IS TAKING LONGER THAN THE ESTIMATED TIME. WHY IS THAT?
There can sometimes be delays in order time due to customs clearance, logistics hold-ups, holiday season, and other factors. Please understand that we cannot always control this. Delays can sometimes happen due to these things, so we ask that you remain patient and refer to the tracking provided for any updates.

Your payment will be 100% secure. We only accept payments through major companies:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and PayPal

Q. CAN I CANCEL/CHANGE MY ADDRESS/ORDER?
Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Orders MUST be cancelled the same day they are made or it will be processed. Once the item has been processed, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order. Please note that it is your responsibility to use the correct address. We do not offer refunds for incorrect address on the customer side.

Q. I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEM, CAN I GET A REFUND?
In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred. Return shipping will be borne by the customer if the product is not defective.
